Our take

A burgundy knit sweater vest with a V-neck over a shirt and tie: the most relaxed of the uniforms, and a good smart-casual base outside school too.

What it's good for

Students, librarians, quiz-night characters and smart-casual looks. Freckles and side-parted hair give it a friendly face.

Design notes

The vest uses the knit pattern and is cut into a V at the front, so the white shirt and navy tie show in the opening. Shirt sleeves cover the arms. Charcoal trousers have a crease, and the shoes are brown. Apart from the side-parted hair, everything is on the base layer, which leaves the overlay free for a blazer.

Customise it in the editor

  • Add a blazer on the overlay body and sleeves to turn it into a full uniform.
  • Recolour the vest to bottle green or navy with Fill.
  • Roll the shirt sleeves by painting skin on the lower four rows of each arm.
