What is most useful to send
For an editor bug, tell us your browser and device and what you were doing — the more specific, the faster we can reproduce it. For a guide, point to the sentence that is wrong or unclear. Because skins and launchers change over time, a quick note that “this no longer matches the game” is genuinely helpful.
We cannot recover a skin you lost — nothing you make is stored on our side, by design — but we are happy to help you rebuild one, and to take feature requests for the editor.
