Design notes
The navy blazer is an outer-layer piece, open over a white shirt, and the tie uses a red-and-gold stripe pattern. The pleated grey skirt is painted on the overlay of both upper legs (64 pixels each), which is what makes it stand out from the body in game. Dark knee socks and loafers finish it, and long brown hair fills about 270 hat pixels.
